Dear Friends,

Jerry and Esther Hicks

We are now ready to experience the ultimate Paradise adventure as we offer our first cruise to the exotic tropical destination of Tahiti. This will be a truly unique and incredibly luxurious experience — May 2nd thru the 9th, 2009 — on the six-star Paul Gauguin ship from the top-rated Regent Seven Seas Cruise Line.

We envision this trip to French Polynesia as one of the most magical, spectacular, and joy-filled experiences imaginable. We will be chartering the entire ship to share with ONLY 330 of our incredible like-minded friends! We're already basking in our expectation of the leading-edge workshop sessions with Abraham, the stunning natural beauty of turquoise lagoons that we have heard so much about and the friendly Polynesian villagers, intoxicating floral scents, palm-shaded sugar white beaches, snorkeling with bright colorful fish...and then the enjoyment of the delicious gourmet cuisine with deluxe service while cruising under the night stars in the light of a silvery moon....ahhhhhhh!

This promises to be an intimate, unforgettable, South Pacific, 7 night voyage in the Society Islands to see Papeete, Tahiti, Raiatea, Taha'a (Motu Mahana), Bora Bora (2 days), Moorea (2 days) and then back to Papeete.

We keep saying this----It just can't get any better than this! (But we know that somehow it will!)

Our Love,

Jerry & Esther

Ports of Call and
Cruising Highlights

Tahiti – the “Queen of the Pacific”
The islands of Polynesia are a gorgeous collection of volcanic islands and atolls strewn lazily across the grand Pacific Ocean. The island of Tahiti proper is the largest of the 118 islands and atolls that comprise French Polynesia. Tahiti is the starting and finishing point of the cruise and is home to the capital city of Papeete. This modern capital contains government offices, hospitals, banks and many other services dedicated to serving the islands as well as tourists who come here for a life-enriching experience. Apart from this bustling town with its colorful market and luxury resorts, the island offers stunning scenery with spectacular mountains, lush vegetation and beautiful waterfalls.

Raiatea – the cradle of Polynesian civilization
Raiatea and Taha'a are two separate islands sharing the same lagoon. Raiatea is the second largest island of French Polynesia after Tahiti. This island abounds with lush green valleys, numerous waterfalls, and pineapple and vanilla plantations. You can discover fascinating under-water scenery within Raiatea's deep lagoon, rich with fish and surrounded by mountains. This island was the cultural, religious, and political heart of Polynesia. According to legend it was the birthplace of the gods. It is also where the great voyages to Hawaii and New Zealand were launched.

Taha’a – a day at the beach
Your fantasy of a South Seas paradise is fulfilled on this private island with a beautiful white sand beach with swaying palms and crystal clear waters. This island stop is an exclusive event that provides an idyllic day in an incredible natural setting.
Enclosed in a common lagoon with Raiatea and accessible only by boat, Taha'a produces about 80% of all vanilla in French Polynesia. With its many deep bays and deserted motu islands, Taha'a is an ideal island to escape.

Bora Bora – “the most beautiful island in the world”
That is how James Michener described Bora Bora, which then became the eternally enchanted island of Bali Hai. Dominated by Mount Otemanu, it is surrounded by a spectacular lagoon, which is in turn hemmed in by a series of islands. The main island, home to 4,225 inhabitants, is in the center of this multicolored lagoon, surrounded by offshore "motu" islets inside the protective coral necklace. Its lagoon is world-famous for its beauty. A partially paved road circles the island, passing colorful villages, archeological sites, and old Army bunkers and cannons left over from WWII, when 5,000 American GIs made a "friendly invasion.

Moorea – island of flowers and dreams
This is one of the best known islands, and is the final stop on the itinerary. Its volcanic jagged peaks, cloaked by lush green vegetation are everyone’s dream of Polynesia. It is a fertile island with an abundance of fresh fruits and flowers. Moorea, often likened to James Michener's mythical island of Bali Hai, is only 11 miles from the main island of Tahiti. Many visitors say it is worth the visit just to see Moorea's spectacular bays. The peaks, reflected in the waters of Cook's Bay and Opunohu Bay, rise like a shark's jaw from the island's base. At times a tuna will come by or dolphins will be heard clicking just out of sight.
