To be honest, at first I thought the music and the lyrics sounded childish. The more I listened the more I enjoyed it and I found myself singing to myself often...i.e. "Joy is the key!" and "I can do it"...the songs are fun and make me feel GOOD!

I love this CD. It's very uplifting and puts me in a good mood right away. I mainly listen to it while commuting and I arrive refreshed every time. The tunes stick in my head all day. Every song has a strong, inspiring message that really boosts my spirit.
